該落砂機是以振動電機為振源帶動機體振動，使置于機體柵格上的鑄件和砂分離。
The Vibratory Shakeout Machine shakes by its shaking engine to separate foundry from sand on the grate of the machine.

振動輸送機(Vibrating Conveyer)
振動輸送機適用于塊、粒狀物料輸送，在鑄造車間輸送型砂、新砂、熱舊砂、石灰石、碎石和焦碳等散狀物料，并可根據(jù)用戶要求將槽體制成全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)以達到密封除塵。
Vibrating conveyor is suitable for conveying of piece and sand things. In foundry factory it can convey molding sand、new sand、hot sand、limestone、crumbling stone, coke and some crumbling materials. Meanwhile it can be made into fully airtight structure to get airtight dust-catcher。
The characteristics of Vibrating Conveyer are as follows:
Ø 該機具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、壽命長、維護保養(yǎng)方便、噪聲小、使用可靠、振幅可調(diào)、能耗低等優(yōu)點。
Ø Simple in constructer, longevity, maintenance-friendly, little noise, trustworthy, vibrating range adjustable, and low-consumption.
該機用兩個電機振動器，同步反向旋轉(zhuǎn)作動力源，調(diào)整可用偏心塊，可改變激振力的大小，以適應不同的生產(chǎn)率的需要。
Ø It contains two vibrating machines, whirling spontaneous oppositely as shaking source, and adjusting available eccentric chunk to change vibrating force, to adapt requirements of productive capacity.
Ø 該機器的外形尺寸可根據(jù)用戶需要進行設計，安裝方式也根據(jù)實際情況進行配制。
Ø The appearance can be designed to customer’s needs; installment also can be practically collocated.
